The quality control measures begin at the very initial stage of designing. Gravity has a team of designers and textile technologists, who create products in tandem with latest fashion. The strength of our designers lies in textures, prints and surface ornamentation. In order to ensure premium quality of the products, we procure genuine wool, pashmina, silk, viscose, etc. from reputed vendors. We also import yarns from eminent manufactures from all over Asia. A lot of emphasis is laid on the designs, color and strength of the items. We ensure that our products confirm to the international standards of quality and therefore, we check them on the parameters of proper dimensional stability, color fastness, shrinkage control and uniform dyeing.

Setup

We are empowered with modern infrastructure comprising of a team of experienced and skilled craftsmen and state-of-the-art manufacturing plants. Gravity is headed by designers who have in depth knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry. We employ both handloom and power loom technology in the production process. Both the technologies have been integrated in the most professional manner so that quality standards are not compromised and they meet global standards and customer expectations. Thus, we are enabled to produce up to 15000 pieces per month, which is a clear testimony of the fact that we are capable of executing bulk orders.
